Filter option in Grid View in Teams tab
This section details the filter option in Grid Views in Teams Tab:
Based on the fields selected in the Filtering page of Create view, the fields will be displayed for Filter in Grid view of Teams tab.
In Filtering page of View Create dialog, Type, Group type, Sensitivity Label and Templates are created as described in Create Views section.
Go to Teams tab, and from View dropdown available in right corner,user can see that "New-View" is displayed as default views and is displayed in card view.
Click on Filter link in right corner.
Displays 4 fields that are selected in View dialog.
If there are Teams that satisfy the selection criteria of Types, Group type, Sensitivity label and Templates, those values will be displayed under the respective filter options.
If there are Teams that satisfy the condition, displays No values found.
Select Yammer community and Teams under Group type filter and only the Yammer community and Teams will be displayed.
The selected values will also be displayed as option next to Filter icon.
User can remove by selecting X link.
In this way, user can filter on the required fields.
This completes the functionalities of filter option in Grid view in Teams tab.
