Rejected Requests
Rejected Requests
When Approval process is enabled, Teams are to be approved before it can be used further. Approver can select the Teams and can either approve or reject the Teams. Rejected Teams are displayed under "My Rejected Requests".
Following section describes rejecting the Requests in Teams Manager when Approval process is enabled.
Execute the steps until Step 7 from section "My Open Requests". Enter the Private Team with name "PrivateTeam-005" in step 5.
Select Team "PrivateTeam-005" and click on the Reject icon "
" in right corner of the record.
It displays "Reject this request?" message box.
Enter comments as "This Private Team is Rejected" in comments field and click on button "Reject".
Note: Comments is mandatory for rejecting the requests and it should be between 3 and 100 characters.
Once the Team is rejected, it goes to "Rejected Requests" and the Team is displayed with following details in tabular form:
Name: "P" and name as "PrivateTeam-005".
Rejection Date: Date when this request was rejected. Displays the current date.
Rejected By: "Christian Gross" as this is the user who has rejected this requests.
Template: "1G0904191049".
Thus Private Team is rejected and displayed under "Rejected Requests" section.
NOTE: Public Teams can also be rejected and will be displayed under "Rejected Requests".
This completes the Rejected Requests section in Teams Manager when Approval Process is enabled.
