Workspace Sharing Permission

This section describes the steps for providing sharing permission to the Site Collection in Collaboration Manager 365. 

From Collaboration Manager 365 main menu, click on link "Setup" in left navigation. 

Click on link "Permissions" under Settings. 

Click on link "Workspace Sharing Permission".

Settings page is displayed with the overview of all templates available in CM365.

Go to Templates tab, Create a Template 'TempNoshare' without selecting Allow external sharing checkbox.

Go to Workspace Sharing Permission page and the template 'TempNoshare' is displayed with sharing level as 'disabled'.

Go to Workspace and create a Item workspace 'WS01' of template 'TempNoshare'.

External users and guests available, will not be able to access the Site collection as the sharing option for the template 'TempNoshare' is disabled.

Go to Templates tab, Create a Template 'Tempexshare' with Allow external sharing checkbox enabled.

Go to Workspace Sharing Permission page and the template 'Tempexshare' is displayed with sharing level as 'External users and guests'.

Go to Workspace and create a Item workspace 'WS02' of template 'Tempexshare'.

External users and guests will be able to access the Site collection as the sharing option for the template 'Tempexshare' is external users and guests.

This completes the functionality of Workspace Sharing Permission.
