Enable Additional Content Types - Communication Site


This section details the functionality of Enable Communication Site in Request settings. User can create Communication sites by enabling the option in this section. 


Enabling Communication Site:


Go to Settings and click on Request.


Select the toggle field Enable Communication site to Yes.


Go to Teams tab and click on Create a Team button.

Option to create Communication Site will be displayed and Communication Site can be created same way as Team but by selecting only templates of types Communication Sites.

Disabling Communication Site:


Select the toggle field Enable Communication site to No.


Go to Teams tab and click on Create a Team button.

There will not be any option to create Communication Site.


Go to Request tab and click on Create a Request button.


There will not be any option to create Communication Site.


This completes the functionality of Enable Communication Site in Settings.
