External User Manager

Overview

This section describes the Overview page in External User Manager.

Overview page depicts the number of Average External Users, Average Inactive users, Average New Requests and Average Access Violations in comparison to current weeks, Months and Year.

Go to Overview tab.

It displays the details of  Average External Users, Average Inactive users, Average New Requests and Average Access Violations.

There are also Week, Month and Year options and based on selection by user, it displays the Average in comparison to week, month and year.

User can select week and can specify the week on which data is required.

Note: User can select Month and Year and the data is depicted based on selection.

If user clicks on Avg. External users, External Access section depicts the graph of the external users available in EUM based on month range.

Note: 

If user clicks on Avg. Inactive Users, below section will be updated with graph of Inactive users. 

If user clicks on Avg. New Requests, below section will be updated with graph of New Requests.

If user clicks on Avg. Access Violations, below section will be updated with graph of Access Violations.

This completes the Overview page in External User Manager.
