Template Permissions

To control who can add, edit, view the templates you have to adjust the permissions.
Select the templates list in the templates library and click on the button "Library Permissions".

Click the button "ADVANCED"

Now you can stop the inheritance and add or remove user. Also you can edit the permissions of the existing groups and users.
