Teams that are created within Teams Manager are displayed under Active Teams under Teams tab. Teams will be displayed under Active Teams when Approval Process is disabled in Approval->Setup page->Settings.
When Approval process is enabled, newly created Teams are displayed under "My Open Requests" under "Requests" tab. Once the Approver approves the Teams from "Requests" tab, the Teams gets moved to "My Active Teams" from "My Open Requests".
Following steps details the description regarding Active Teams in Teams Manager.
Go to Teams Manager and navigate to tab "Teams".
All created Teams are displayed under "My Active Teams" in tabular list view.
Following details are displayed for each Teams created and all the data in the columns are non-editable.
Column 1: Name: Displays the first letter of the Teams name followed by the actual Teams name.
Column 2: Description: Displays the description of the Teams.
Column 3: People: This displays the number of owners and the members that are associated to the Teams.
Column 4: Type: This column displays the type of teams-Private, Public with icons related to the types.
- This icon mean that the team is "Private".
- This icon mean that the team is "Public".
Count option in My Active Teams:
Count is displayed next to Title " My Active Teams": It displays the number of records in the list and this count is displayed in open and closed brackets.
The Title is "My Active Teams (30)" denotes that there are 30 active Teams available in Teams Manager which is displayed under list view.
Collapse option in My Active Teams:
My Active Teams can be collapsed using the icon which is displayed in left as right triangle next to "My Active Teams".
When collapsed, all records under My Active Teams are collapsed and none of the Teams are displayed to the user.
Expand option in My Active Teams:
My Active Teams can be expanded using the icon which is displayed in left as inverted triangle next to "My Active Teams".
When expanded, records under My Active Teams are expanded and all the Active Teams are displayed to user.
Scrolling option in Active Teams:
User can scroll above or below to look for all the Teams available.
