Meeting Manager is based on Microsoft Add-In Model.
The following architecture shows:
- Classic 5x server SharePoint farm (black) including 2x WFE, 2x App - one SQL
- The Provider Hosted App can be installed on any of the SharePoint Servers or you're creating dedicated Apps Servers (for Meeting Manager and also for other Apps using the Add-In Model) - this is shown in blue.
- For DNS, when using dedicated Apps Server, we need to target them to these, here our target will be MeetingManager.contoso.com pointing to Apps Server (blue).
