Synchronization

If you want to sync workspaces you can use the sync function in the Collaboration Manger tab. Check the workspace you want to select for synchronization and press the "Sync selected workspaces" button in the Collaboration Manager Tab.

Hint: If you don't see the Collaboration Manager Tab in your workspace list, you have not sufficient permission. Ask your administrator for more information.

You can shoose between "Synchronous" and "Asynchronous" synchronisation. With the asynchronous synchronisation it is possible to work on already synchronised workspaces.
The synchronization is managed by a timerjob which will work every five minutes.

The Synchronization will take some time. Do not abort the process.
